Ho'oponopono (13 hour course)

4 Days of 3-hour and 4-hour classes:

Ho'oponopono is a traditional Hawaiian practice of healing, reconciliation and forgiveness. The Hawaiian word translates into English simply as correction. The pre-fix HO'O turns a noun into a verb, PONO refers to that which is Right, Fair, in alignment with all things in the Universe, to be in Balance in their relationships with other things, places and people in their lives. This course is also available as an Intensive, or one-on-one in person or via the internet.


Day 1:(3 hours)

-Definition and History of Ho'oponopono
-Prayer Ho'oponopono for Healing and/or Reconciliation
-Guided Meditation and Self-Reflexion on the “I am sorry” of Ho'oponopono
-Deepening in the Willingness to make amends
-Journaling and setting intentions for Healing
-Practicing Ho'oponopono to Heal and Make PONO

Day 2:(3 hours)

-Prayer Ho'oponopono for Healing and/or Reconciliation
-Guided Meditation and Self-Reflexion on the “Please Forgive me” of Ho'oponopono
-Deepening in the Humbleness and Honesty
-Journaling and setting intentions for Healing
-Practicing Ho'oponopono to Heal and Make PONO

Day 3:(3 hours)

-Prayer Ho'oponopono for Healing and/or Reconciliation
-Guided Meditation and Self-Reflexion on the “Thank you” of Ho'oponopono
-Deepening in the Transformative Power of Gratitude
-Journaling and setting intentions for Healing
-Practicing Ho'oponopono to Heal and Make PONO

Day 4:(3 hours)

-Prayer Ho'oponopono for Healing and/or Reconciliation
-Guided Meditation and Self-Reflexion on the “I love you” of Ho'oponopono
-Deepening in the Love
-Journaling and setting intentions for Healing
-Practicing Ho'oponopono to Heal and Make PONO
