Reiki helps to release blocked or buried emotions/energy and restore Balance. Reiki opens you up to receive the blessings of the universal Healing life-force energy. You can experience Reiki by booking a session or you can decide to become an initiated certified Reiki Practitioner by taking Reiki Classes. Additionally, you may chose to come to Hawaii, where Reiki first entered our western world, and experience the Reiki Retreats.

Day 1:
Basics about Energy Healing,
The Chakras and how to clear the blocks to facilitate Inner Healing.
Mikao Usui and the Reiki tradition
5 Principles of Reiki

Day 2:
Gassho Meditation
Hands on Self-Reiki Technique and Practice.
21-days of Self-Reiki for detox.

Day 3:
Hands on Reiki on others Technique and Practice with a patient.
Reiki on Water, Food, Animals, the Garden and Plants.
Reiki I Attunement and Certification.

This course is also available as an Intensive, or a one-on-one in person or via the internet.

Reiki II - 4 day workshop (12 hours):

Day 1:
The use of Symbols for Physical Healing

Day 2:
The use of Symbols for Emotional Healing

Day 3:
The use of Symbols for Long Distance Healing
